Cooking and eating

  • semolina;
  • radishes, turnips and radishes;

Diet for gastritis “Table 4”

Therapeutic “Table 4” for gastritis is no less common than others. Gastroenterologists prescribe it during periods of exacerbation of the disease. The goal of the diet is to cope with inflammatory processes and reduce the load on the organs of the digestive system. By reducing the fat consumed, the calorie content of the daily diet is also reduced. The average on the Table 4 diet is 2000 kcal per day. The volume of servings for gastritis is reduced to a minimum. Along with this, they practice six meals a day.

Diet for gastritis “Table 6”

Diet number 6 for gastritis is practiced for 1-2 months. It is prescribed when the disease is in the attenuation stage. The main distinctive feature of the “Table 6” diet for gastritis is the possibility of consuming snacks, some spices, sausages and sauces. At the same time, dishes on the “Table 6” diet are prepared by steaming and boiling.

Dietary restrictions also apply to Table 6. On such a diet, you should exclude from the diet:

  • carbonated drinks and alcohol;
  • spicy dishes.

Diet for gastritis “Table 5”

For gastritis, nutrition according to the “Table 5” principle is considered the most preferable. The diet involves maximum heat treatment of foods. Meals are taken every 3-4 hours. It is advisable to follow diet number five for gastritis for at least two years. In the future, it is allowed to introduce prohibited dishes into the diet.
